Before any hands-on work, I’ll listen to your story: what brings you in, what injuries or pain you’re concerned about, what goals you have, how you feel, and how you move in your body every day.
During your session:
We begin each session looking at how you stand and move, noting what is working and where you feel “stuck” with tension and compensation patterns. This helps guide our work. Then, we’ll move into hands-on techniques to help mobilize your tissues and restore balance to the whole body.
After your session:
I’ll provide you with tailored suggestions on how to continue supporting your progress in achieving lasting change.
