Each session will begin with a postural assessment, which will allow me to read your body’s patterns in real-time. I look for where your body is moving well and where we could work to better support it.
Clients should wear clothing they are comfortable moving in. This may include fuller coverage underwear and a simple bra. A bra that allows easy access to the back and spine is ideal. A two-piece swimsuit is also appropriate. For men, most receive work in boxers or briefs. You will never be asked to disrobe beyond your comfort level and other options include form-fitting athletic shorts and tanks or sports bras.
A majority of techniques are done without lubricants like oils or lotions, except for Neuromuscualr Technique (NMT). Please refrain from applying moisturizers ahead of your session, as it can impede our work together.

I consider my work to be a form of healthcare. Rates are designed to eliminate guesswork around tipping and to provide a clear cost to you upfront without surprises. Politely, I share that gratuity is not accepted.
The best tip you can provide is the referral of a friend or family member to my practice.
