Discover Pathways to Healing
Our practice is bodywork-centered and aimed at helping you achieve greater alignment in the health of your body, mind, and spirit. We approach our work from the lens that a deep connection to the body is a place from which we can find deep, long-lasting change. Through manual therapy, we help people feel more at home in their bodies so they can live freer lives with greater ease of movement and function.
Integrative Bodywork -
Integrative bodywork is a whole-body approach rooted in the principles of structural integration, yet spacious enough to adapt intuitively to what each body needs. While grounded in alignment and fascia-focused work, sessions may weave in ScarWork therapy, lymphatic drainage, soft tissue manipulation, and occasionally energetic work with guided visualization to support healing on multiple levels. It’s not just techniques —it’s a conversation between systems, designed to restore flow, resilience, and ease.
Many clients begin our work together with these sessions, which are designed to be stand-alone sessions that help us better determine how more specific work may help you reach your unique goals.

Structural Integration -
Anatomy Trains Approach (ATSI)
Structural Integration is more than deep tissue bodywork—it’s a journey of remembering how your body was meant to move, breathe, and belong to itself.
Rooted in the Anatomy Trains method, this work maps the body through myofascial “lines” that reveal how tension, compensation, and postural habits are held not just in isolated muscles, but across your entire structure in the fascial system. Together, we work systematically to unwind strain patterns, free up restricted fascia, and invite a more fluid relationship between gravity and your body’s natural alignment.
Clients often come to this work when they feel stuck in cycles of chronic pain, limited mobility, or like their body no longer feels like home. Others seek it not because something feels “wrong,” but because they intuitively know there’s more ease, more potential, more aliveness to uncover.
Receiving Structural Integration is a collaboration. You’re not just passively receiving touch—you’re participating in a re-education of your body’s movement, breath, and awareness. The sessions are deeply intentional, often profound, and designed to create lasting change—not just temporary relief.
This work isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about realigning with yourself in a way that supports everything you do, from how you walk through the world to how you feel in stillness.
The 12 Series
A journey of structure, sensation, and self-reclamation
The 12-Series is the full expression of Structural Integration as taught through the Anatomy Trains method—a comprehensive, step-by-step process that works through the entire body’s fascial system to create long-lasting alignment, ease, and embodied awareness.
This is not just bodywork. It’s a re-education in how you live inside your structure.
Over twelve thoughtfully sequenced sessions, we work with the body's myofascial “lines”—the deep, interconnected pathways that shape how you move, how you hold yourself, and how you respond to stress and gravity. Each session builds upon the last, beginning with the surface layers of breath and balance, then moving gradually into deeper territory—supporting the core, unwinding compensations, and finally integrating the entire system for lasting change.
The work is methodical, but never mechanical. Each session is a conversation between your body and my hands—an invitation to release, realign, and remember your body's original design.
Clients often seek the 12-Series when they’re tired of short-term fixes. When they want to move through the world with more grace, less pain, and a deeper sense of connection. Whether you’re recovering from injury, feeling disconnected from your body, or simply ready to feel better in your skin, this series offers a container for profound physical and personal transformation.
The 3 Series
An introduction to or a tune-up after a 12-series.
Sometimes, we may not be ready for a long journey and, instead, are seeking a brief reminder. The Anatomy Trains 3-Series is a condensed version of the full Structural Integration journey, offering profound results in just three sessions.
Designed for those who are curious about the work and would like an introduction or for those seeking support during a time of transition—physically, emotionally, or energetically—this series helps reestablish balance in the body’s foundational lines of movement and support. Rather than viewing the body subsequently through each myofascial “line” individually, we view the body in a more three-dimensional manner and approach the series more globally with sessions that work both superficial and deeper structures. Similar to the 12 series, these sessions build on one another, beginning with the hips and legs, followed by the core and shoulders, and finishing with a session focused on spinal alignment.
Sessions in both 12-series and 3-series work are ideally scheduled within 2 weeks of each other.

Manual Therapy -
Not all healing requires deep pressure or long series work. Sometimes, the most profound change begins with more subtle, precise, gentle methods that meet the body right where it is.
At Integrative Health Approaches, manual therapy includes a collection of specialized techniques—ScarWork Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), and Neuromuscular Technique (NMT)—each offering a unique pathway to address specific layers of tension, trauma, and dysfunction with care and clarity in more condensed sessions.
Unlike Structural Integration, which focuses on whole-body postural transformation over a series of sessions, these therapies are more systems-specific and deliver meaningful shifts in shorter sessions. They’re ideal when your body needs focused support for more specific concerns —whether that’s softening the pull of scar tissue, reducing inflammation, improving lymph flow, or calming the nervous system.
Neuromuscular Technique (NMT)
Neuromuscular Technique (NMT) is a precise, hands-on approach that works with the body’s deep tissue and nervous system to release longstanding patterns of tension and dysfunction. Using focused pressure and slow, repetitive strokes—often along the spine and abdomen—this method helps deactivate myofascial trigger points, unwind muscle adhesions, and restore healthy communication between muscle and nerve. NMT is especially effective for addressing chronic pain, postural imbalances, and conditions rooted in repetitive stress or trauma, such as carpal tunnel, tendonitis, and bursitis. It also offers meaningful support for those navigating complex nervous system conditions like Lyme disease or fibromyalgia, helping the body recalibrate from within.
By restoring mobility, reducing inflammation, and easing the load on overworked tissues, NMT becomes not just treatment—but a reset for your entire system.
Available as 60-minute sessions.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), based on the Vodder technique, is a gentle, rhythmic manual therapy that supports your body’s natural detox and healing processes. Whether you are recovering from trauma or surgery, managing chronic inflammation, or simply feeling sluggish and stagnant, this subtle yet powerful work encourages lymphatic flow, reduces swelling, and restores a sense of lightness and clarity throughout your system. It’s a quiet invitation for your body to release, recalibrate, and return to balance.
MLD is effective at providing symptomatic relief for migraine headaches, stress, fatigue, rheumatoid arthritis, and fibromyalgia, among other conditions. It is helpful to those who have had lymph nodes removed as a part of their treatment for cancers and other conditions.
Available in 45-minute and 60-minute sessions.
ScarWork
ScarWork is a type of manual therapy intended to address and reduce scars and their adhesions. Using light-touch and gentle techniques, scar tissue is integrated back into surrounding tissues for long-lasting functional and cosmetic results. ScarWork can help reduce swelling, tightness, and numbness and improve overall tissue. Scars of any age and/or any cause may benefit from this work.
Available in 45-minute, 60-minute, or 75-minute sessions.
